Belinda Lou (Atwell) Pennington was born September 16 th 1955 in Sullivan, Missouri,
Patrica Tipton and Leroy Atwell. She passed away October 1 st 2025 in Springfield,
Missouri.
Belinda married Raymond Eugene Pennington in 1980. She spent her younger years
traveling and working as a Certified Nurses Assistant along beside her husband to
where she moved to Clinton, Missouri and then finally settled down in Lowry City,
Missouri where she spent 25 years as she called it home.
Belinda was proceeded in death by her husband Raymond Eugene Pennington, her
mother Patrica Tipton, Father Leroy Atwell and her Stepfather Dick Davis and her
brother Robert Atwell.
Belinda leaves behind a Son and a Daughter a Sister in law Cathy Atwell. Many Nieces
and Nephews and Cousins and so many friends that she called family.
