Bybee, Ruby “Polly” February 5, 1938 - March 1, 2025

Ruby “Polly” Bybee, age 87, of El Dorado Springs, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025, to be with her Lord and Savior.

Polly was born on February 5, 1938, in Butler, Missouri, to Delbert and Lorree Allison. She was a devoted member of First Baptist Church in El Dorado Springs, where she followed God’s word throughout her life.

On November 22, 1956, Polly married the love of her life, Donald Lee Bybee. Together, they were blessed with two sons. Polly was a stay-at-home mom who cared for her family and lovingly babysat many children throughout the years. She later worked at Witt Printing in El Dorado Springs until her retirement in May 2003.

Polly’s life was centered around her family and her church. She was deeply loved by all who knew her, and her kind spirit and warm heart will be missed by many.

Polly was preceded in death by her parents, Delbert and Lorree Allison; her beloved husband, Donald Bybee; her grandson, Timmy Bybee; and her sister, Linda Daniels.

She is survived by her oldest son, Delbert Lee Bybee and wife Laurie; her youngest son, Timothy Scott Bybee; her grandson Steven Bybee and wife Serena; her granddaughter Bailee Bailey and husband Dalton; her great-grandchildren Emily Bybee, Brooke Bybee, Blake Bybee, Harper Bailey, Gabby Bybee, Levi Coverdale, and Fancy Parker; her brother, Gary Allison; and aunts Wilma McKinley and Lovey Edmonds, as well as several nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.

Polly’s love, faith, and devotion to her family will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
