Tom Daggett was born in Piedmont, MO on October 12th 1948 to Floyd and Mildred (Deshaney) Daggett he passed away on January 28th 2025 in Kansas City MO at the age of 76.
His family moved to Nevada MO in 1948 and he graduated from school at Bronaugh, MO. He met the love of his life Ruth Kaderly and they were married on June 29th 1968 and celebrated 56 1/2 years together.
Tom spent four years in the Navy from 1968 to 1972 as a Seabee. After he got out of the service he worked at Western Auto. He later worked at Rich Hill as a road maintenance supervisor and then he worked for Buck Heugh, the Sheriff of Bates county, farming. They started on a dairy farm and did that for several years as well as some auctioneering. He retired from truck driving after 40 years. After he retired he spent his time hauling Amish for about 10 years.
He is survived by his wife Ruthy of the home and several other family and friends.
