Georgie Waneta Eaton passed away at Truman Lake Manor in Lowry City, Missouri on October 16, 2024. She was born in Rockville, Missouri on April 20, 1930, to Art and Bessie Richey. Georgie was one of six children. She spent most of her life in St. Clair County, graduating from high school in Roscoe, Missouri.
Georgie was united in marriage to Robert Eaton on August 28, 1948, in Butler, Missouri. Robert (Bob) and Georgie were blessed with five sons, David, Robert, Gary, Randy, and Billy, and one daughter, Hazel.
She gave her life to Jesus at an early age and served the Lord in many churches, teaching all classes and doing whatever was needed to be done. Georgie attended church whenever she could and sang with her daughter Hazel always by her side.
Georgie was preceded in death by her father and mother, Art and Bessie Richey, two brothers and three sisters, her husband Bob and son Gary.
She is survived by her sons David of Lowry City, Robert (Linda) of Lowry City, Randy of Springfield and Billy of Lowry City, and daughter Hazel (Tom) of Osceola, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, plus many other relatives and friends.
Georgie will be greatly missed by her loved ones and all that were blessed to know her.
