Melvin Lloyd Frobish was born on January 13, 1944, to Lloyd and Fleeta (Owen) Frobish in Compton, California. He passed away February 14, 2024, in Osceola, Missouri.
Melvin enjoyed wood working, hunting, fishing, and riding his motorcycle.
Melvin married Frances Howard Mixon on March 21, 2004. He had two children: a daughter Kimberly Cavrich and Todd (Amy) Frobish, 5 grandchildren: Cassandra Diggs, Stephen Cavrich, Taylor Cavrich, Sophia Cavrich, Kailyn Hainlin, 4 great-grandchildren: Mia, Audrianna, Natalia, and Emily, as well as a great-great grandchild due in 8 weeks.
Melvin was preceded in death by his parents, oldest sister Donna (Frobish) Vermillion, brother-in-law Gerald Vermillion, and a younger sister Myrna (Frobish) Frost.
He is survived by his wife of the home, his children, grand-children, great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
