William (Bill) Harper was born January 2, 1960 and passed away on August 13, 2025. He was 65 years, 7 months, and 11 days young.
After a long battle with cancer, God has called Bill home. He is preceded in death by his father; George Harper, bonus daughter; Ashley, and his dog Smokey.
Left to miss him, and cherish his memory is his mother; Carol Novak, soulmate; Kimberly, son; Joshua, granddaughter; Haley, siblings; Barbara, Debora and Owen. Nieces and nephews; Branden, April (Jesse), Durrel (Krista), Michael, Jake and Zachary. Several great nieces and nephews and cousins. Bonus children; Christopher (Mariah), Mike, Heather (Nick), Jacob, Sarah, Alex (Lillie), Seth, Chris Gifford, and many more. Bonus granddaughters; Madison and Ava.
