Roger Wade Hochstedler 63 of Osceola Missouri passed away on February 14, 2025. Roger was born on July 22.1961 in Kansas City, Missouri to Dean and Frances Hochstedler. He graduated from Westport High School in 1979. Roger was an Eagle Scout and a Warrior in the Tribe of Mic-O-Say.
He Moved to Osceola to help his mom and dad on their farm, he decided to stay around Osceola and the EL Dorado Springs area, where he acquired the nickname of Doc. Roger married Dorthy (Doty) Reddy on November 25, 2000. They lived in El Dorado Springs until her death in 2006. Roger stayed in El Dorado until recently when he purchased half of the family farm in Osceola. He had just settled in before his death. He loved to take long walks in the woods and hunt for Arrowheads, and Osceola round rocks. Roger wanted to be outside whenever he could.
Roger will be deeply missed by his family and all his good friends who helped during his illness in the Osceola, EL Dorado area!
Roger is preceded in death by his wife Doty and his parents Dean and Frances Hochstedler.
He is survived by his brothers Edward Hochstedler (Renee) of Pea Ridge Arkansas, Michael Hochstedler (Paula) of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, three nieces and one nephew.
