Patrick Dale Holley passed on May 11, 2022. He was born August 4th, 1947, to Edith May McRill-Holley and Dale Glenn (Buck) Holley in East St. Louis, IL. He graduated from Belleville IL Township H.S. in 1965 and he worked as an Engineering Project Manager at Fru-Con Construction Co. of St. Louis for 40 years until retiring and moving to Osceola, MO with Beverly R. Boucher.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and aunts and uncles Vernon and Charlotte (Holley) Turley, Gene and Winona Holley, and John McRill. He was loved and will be greatly missed by Chris and Tricia Boucher, Jesse and Rachel Boucher, and “grandkids” Jaida, Carlie, Braeden, Sophie. His laughter and joyful presence will be missed by his cousin Judith Smith and her extended family.
A “serious fisherman that never took it too seriously”, as a good friend mentioned, he enjoyed annual muskie trips to Canada as well as long days dipping minnows for Crappie on Truman Lake. He was also a talented cartoonist and artist who created many different works of art. He was a captivating storyteller and always knew a good joke.
