Judith (Kean) Bohanon, 80, passed away on March 9th, 2026, in Osceola, Missouri. She was born on January 31st, 1946, in Kansas City, Missouri to Harry and Eva (Blanar) Kean.
Judith spent most of her life rooted in Missouri and made her home in Osceola, where she was known for love of family and the care, she gave to those close to her. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, aunt and great-grandmother whose greatest joy came from spending time with her family.
Judith was also known for her creativity. She enjoyed amateur photography, love drawing, and enjoyed going to garage sales, often finding small treasures and capturing the beauty of everyday moments through her art.
She worked as the administrator for the creative department at Hallmark and later as an emergency room unit secretary at St. Joseph Hospital, where she worked for around 25 years. After retiring, Judith continued her love of antiques by keeping an antique booth.
She is survived by her sons, Michael Bohanon and Christopher Bohanon; her granddaughter, Kailee Bohanon; her great-granddaughter, Evelyn; Siobhan (Kean) Greene; and her life partner, William Cripe.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eva (Blanar) Kean and Harry Kean, and her brother, Brian Kean.
Judith will be remembered for her strength, kindness, and the love she shared with her family. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
