Lisa Geske, beloved wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, entered into the presence of her Savior Jesus Christ on September 17, 2025, at the age of 46. Born in July 1979, Lisa lived a life full of faith, love, and compassion that touched everyone she encountered.
She was the cherished wife of Steven Geske, whom she married on September 10, 2011—a day that began a beautiful journey of love and partnership.
Lisa was the treasured daughter of Debra Gomez and also shared many special memories with her mother-in-law, Joyce Mullaney, whom she lovingly called “Moma.” She is survived by her sisters Becky & Aaron Gifford, Tammy Gibbs, and Kim Sole; her brother Mike Mullaney Jr.; and a large extended family who loved her dearly. She was a proud and loving aunt to nephews Mark, Henry, and Zachary Gifford, as well as Maddie Sole, Hannah Davison, Brandon Davison, Kobe Sole, and many, many more nieces and nephews who will forever hold her close in their hearts. Lisa is also remembered lovingly by her Aunt LaFlora Melton, her uncles Rick Nash, Randy & Rebecca Nash, and Ronnie & Duania Nash, and countless cousins.
Faith was at the very center of Lisa’s life. She loved Jesus deeply and served Him faithfully, giving her time and heart to children’s church and teaching Sunday school. Her dedication and kindness inspired countless children and families to know the love of God.
Lisa was also a gifted writer who especially loved poetry. Her words carried a beauty that reflected her soul, often capturing both the joys and struggles of life with grace and hope.
Lisa’s life was a testimony of her Savior’s love. She was loved by Jesus and, through her words, her service, and her compassion, she touched the world. Though she will be greatly missed by all who knew her, we rejoice in knowing she is no longer in pain and is resting in eternal peace with her Lord.
Instead of flower donations the family ask that donations be made to Truman Lake Manor activities department,  for the wonderful care they offered Lisa during the last few day’s of her life.
“Well done, good and faithful servant… Enter into the joy of your Lord.” – Matthew 25:23
