Norma Jean Mansell was born January 14, 1964 in Kansas City, Missouri to Claud Austin Collins and Sharon Kay Swanson. She passed away at her home near Osceola, Missouri July 6, 2020.
There is much to be said about Norma. The most important thing to her were her children and family. Regardless of the situation she was always there. While raising her children, she also played mom to many of there friends. She made sure they were kept safe and fed until it was time for them to go home. Even if she was upset with you, she never missed a ball game and rarely missed a practice.
Norma was an LPN for many years and had the compassion you dream of when someone is taking care of your loved ones. She enjoyed the work she did no matter what the hours or the pay was. Norma was meant to take care of people and that is what she did. She was the best at that. If you knew her well, you probably knew she loved lotto scratchers. She could be seen at most local stores buying scratchers.
She is survived by her sons, James Mansell, Steven Caudill, Vincent Mansell and Tommy Mansell; grandchildren, Skyler Mansell, Cole Mansell, Michaela Gardner, Austin Mansell, Olivia Mansell and Alexis Mansell, Reagan and Cameron Caudill; sister, Patty Brownlee, other family and many friends.
