Karen Lee Morgan was born November 11, 1951, in Astoria, Oregon to Reinhold and Clara (Fieckert) Quaschnick. She passed away in her home on February 18, 2025. Karen had 5 sisters and 4 brothers.
She married Bill Morgan on July 14, 1972, and to this union their only son was born Christopher Morgan on December 13, 1973. Karen had 3 grandchildren Melena, Dakota, and Abby Morgan. Along with her grandchildren, came 7 great grandchildren: Ember, Stormy, Aurora, Ridge, Caroline, and Everett.
Karen was a stay-at-home mom while Bill worked. When he retired, she went to work at the Weaubleau R-III school in the kitchen for many years, she retired in 2010. Karen loved anything to do with being outside, playing her hand-held game, puzzle books, sewing blanket squares, and listening to music.
Karen was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bill, and her son Christopher Morgan.
She is survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many friends. She will be greatly missed.
