Sonya Padfield, 24, died Thursday, December 7, 2017 in Independence, MO. She is survived by her parents Bill and Monica Padfield, sisters Sasha Bacus, Synthia Padfield and Lana Shoemake, grandparents William and Janette Padfield, Bob and Joyce Forman, nephews Lucas and Carson Bacus, niece Kinsley Lewis, uncles Tony Romero and Eric Forman as well as many cousins.
She is preceded in death by great-great grandparents, one great uncle, one great aunt and one aunt.
Her hobbies included reading, drawing and singing. At the age of 22 she landed her dream job at the Kansas City Zoo.
