Pamela A. Evans Dutcher, 75, Appleton City, Missouri, departed this life on February 27, 2026, surrounded by her family and friends.
She was born on February 2, 1951, in Humansville, Missouri to Loyd and Dena Evans
Pamela was united in marriage to Harold Dutcher on June 7, 1969. They were blessed with five children: Robert, Ronnie, Roger, Rhonda, and Rebecca.
She was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in May of 2012, and was no longer able to work. She enjoyed working at Tracker with her sister Sandy Bayless.
Pamela lived most of her life in Monegaw Springs, Missouri, until 2013 when she and Harold moved to Appleton City, to be near family due to their health.
She was the most loving and caring person. She had a servant’s heart and loved helping others.
Pamela enjoyed raising her children, playing music, attending church, fishing, hunting, taking walks, sitting in her swing, spending time with friends and family, and riding the motorcycle with her husband Harold.
She loved picking and eating pecans, and loved pecan pie, it was her favorite. And she always had to have her Snickers candy bars, and Pepsi. She had a love for horses, and she loved to cook.
She continued doing the things she loved after moving to Appleton City.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Loyd and Dena Evans; sisters, Sylvia Greathouse and her husband Bill, Vera Greathouse, and her husband Fred, Phyllis Cutler and her husband Loren, Sharon Smith and her husband Bill, and Janice Summers; brothers, Larry Evans and his wife Arless, Terry Evans, Gary Evans, Travis Evans and his wife Glenda, and Jerry Wayne; brothers-in-law Jerry Bayless and Harry Greathouse.
Pamela is survived by her sisters, Christene Greathouse and Sandy Bayless; brother-in-law Harold Summers; sons, Robert (Charlotte) Dutcher, Ronnie (Rhonda) Dutcher, and Roger Dutcher; daughters, Rhonda (Wayne) Kozma, and Rebecca Dutcher; grandsons, Josh (Telisha) Dutcher, Derrick (Destany) Dutcher, Jeremy (Braigianna) Howery, Joseph (Grace) Howery, Toby Dutcher, Sylas Kozma, Myles Kozma, Ezra Kozma, and Tretyn Dutcher; granddaughters, Gabby (Bobby) Manlove, Josie (Marcus) Thompson, Paige Dutcher, Gracie Kozma, Jara Kozma, Kaylene Dutcher, Rayne Kozma, Lilliann Kozma; many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
