Vinita Marvalene Pankey passed away June 13th, 2021, at the age of 73.
Marvalene was born to Gilbert and Nada on August 2nd, 1948 and was the youngest of 4 children.
She was a schoolteacher, an artist, and a paralegal, helping many people. Marvalene was known as “The Sample Lady” where she worked at Wal-Mart and loved her job there, making many good friends along the way. Long after she left people asked about her daily.
She grew up and was raised in Virgil City, where she attended church as a young girl. Marvalene was a faithful Christian and spoke often of the Lord in her life, helping her through all the struggles she had with her health.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Gilbert and Nada, a baby sister; Beverly, her brother; Dwain and one sister; Lorene.
