Donnealia Porta was born on October 24, 1939 to Donald W. Faulkner and Pauline M. Faulkner in Springfield Missouri. She passed away peacefully in her home on December 26, 2023 in Clinton, Missouri.
She attended St. Luke’s Nursing School in Kansas City Missouri and received her Diploma of Nursing in 1960. On December 18, 1960, Donnealia married Ronny E. Porta in Joplin, Missouri.
Donnealia faithfully served the communities she lived in until her retirement in 1990. During her career she worked as a school nurse, medical surgical nurse, ER nurse and Medical ICU and Cardiac ICU nurse.
She is survived by her two children, Jeanne Hunter of Enterprise, Alabama and Brady Porta and wife Becky of Fayetteville, Arkansas; grandchildren: Olivia Porta-Randle and husband Dacota, Kira Hunter, Logan Porta, Coleman Porta and wife Madison. Morgan Porta-Wirsig and husband Grant, and great-grandchildren Kathryn Randle and Poppy Porta. She is also survived by her two sisters Nacy Steele and Diane Sappington.
