We bid farewell to Wilma Dean Harper, Osceola, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 30, 2026, at the age of 93.
She was born July 12, 1932 to William (Bill) and Mary Cecile (Bernard) Welch.
Wilma married William Leslie Harper in March 1950. To that union four children were born; Marvin, Debra (still born), Kevin and Janet.
Wilma touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts.
She will be missed by her children, their spouses, grand children, great grandchildren and her great-great grandchildren, and everyone that knew her.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Wilma leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid–a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
