Born October 10, 1973 in Weableau Missouri to Wanna Inman. Billy is finally laid to rest September 14, 2024 in Kansas City, Missouri. He resided in Weaubleau and Collins area all his life. Billy was preceded in death by his mother Wanna Inman and other family. He is survived by his uncle Roger Inman of Collins Missouri and other family. 

Billy was an over the road truck driver for many years before getting sick. Billy also worked on cars. Billy was the kindest person and would be the first one to help if needed. Billy will be missed by many.
