Candance was born February 14, 1969 in Kansas City, MO, to Art and Marjorie (Hash) Potter. She passed away July 6, 2015 at her home in Holden, MO.

In November of 1994, she gave birth to her daughter, Cheyene Rose Atkinson also in Kansas City, MO. In July of 1997, she was united in marriage to Charlie Bulen in Harrisonville, MO.
She was excited to accept a position as a clerk close to home at the US Postal Service; giving her time to spend with her family and dogs that she loved so dearly. She enjoyed the outdoors, planting flowers, and decorating her home in preparation for holidays and birthdays. She loved sitting down for family dinner and hearing about everyone’s day. She always took time out of her day to have “girl talk” with her daughter, and listen to her son talk about his love for cars.
