Cooper, Donald E. January 12, 1914 - April 3, 2010

Donald Emsley Cooper, 96, of Cameron, Missouri passed away April 3, 2010 at Liberty Hospital in Liberty, Missouri.

Donald was born January 12, 1914 near Lathrop, Missouri to W.S. and Anna Brelsford Cooper. He was a lifelong Lathrop and Cameron area resident.

On October 21, 1941 he was united in marriage to Brooksie Hubbard. This union was blessed with two sons and two daughters

Donald was a member of the Prairie Ridge Christian Union Church. After moving to Cameron he joined the First Baptist Church.

He was a twenty-five year employee of the Ford Claycomo Plant. He loved saddle-bred horses.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Ford, Glenn and Clarence; two sisters, Velma Pollard and Gayle Hudlemeyer; one daughter-in-law, Coralie Carson Cooper and one grandson, Greg Cooper.

Donald is survived by his wife, Brooksie, of the home; two sons, Gary Cooper and wife Sandy, Larry Cooper and wife Monica, both of Kansas City; two daughters, Sue Coy of Cameron, Carol Stollings and husband, David of Osceola; 13 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
