Donald Douglas Crawford, 78 of Roscoe, Missouri passed away Friday, April 19, 2011 at his home.
Don was born in Jenks, Oklahoma to Buck Crawford and Billie Young. He later moved to Gower, Missouri to pursue work and raise a family. In his early years, he served in the National Guard for 8 years and was employed with Yellow Freight. He was also a member of the Teamsters Union for 30 years.
In 1994 he retired and moved to Roscoe, Missouri to pursue his passion of fishing. You can bet that if you came to visit Don he would be out on the water. He also enjoyed receiving email pictures of his great grandkids.
Don is preceded in death by one sister, Janice.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Doris Crawford; his 2 sons Keith and Tom Crawford and daughter Brenda McElvain; eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; 2 brothers, David Bettis and Nathan Price; one sister Linda Bettis and many nieces, nephews and close friends.
