Denny Edward Cundiff was born on March 3, 1950, in Ottumwa, IA to Richard and Patricia
(Daugherty) Cundiff. Denny passed on October 25, 2024, in Bolivar, MO at the age of 74.
Denny grew up and went to school in Blakesburg, IA. He then went on to work as a construction
worker and did that for most of his life. He joined the Army in 1969-1971. After serving his time
in the service he married Sheila Spencer.
Denny enjoyed football, especially The Kansas City Chiefs, he enjoyed watching baseball, fishing
and playing shuffleboard. He was a believer in Christ. He loved his family and friends,
grandchildren, great grandchildren and his children.
Denny was preceded in death by Richard and Patricia Cundiff (parents), Cody Cundiff (brother)
and Steven Geer (son).
Denny is survived by his wife Sheila Cundiff of Stockton, MO. Two sisters, Penny Leninger of
Plano, IA and Debbie Cundiff of Buckner, MO. A daughter, Tina Sandy and husband Jeff of
Harrisonville, MO. Two sons, Trey Geer of Stockton, MO and Richie Cundiff and wife Cassie of El
Dorado, MO. Ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Denny will be greatly missed and loved by many.
