Allen Dean Davis of Osceola, Missouri was born December 1, 1936 in Anadarko, Oklahoma. He went to be with the Lord on April 17, 2018.
He was full of wit and never missed a chance to tell a joke or make someone smile. Al was an Air Force Veteran and received the National Defense Service and Good Conduct Medals. He owned a Real Estate and Development business in Harrison, Arkansas and managed many residential and commercial construction projects across the south. His labor of love was music. Al was an awesome musician, singer and popular Square Dance Caller and called dances all around the U.S. He recorded several records during this time. He never met an instrument he could not play-from a guitar to a ukulele, he mastered them all.
Al was preceded in death by his parents Vernon and Aletta Davis; his brother Jerry Davis; grandson Andy Vaughn, and Pooh, his favorite dog.
He is survived by his two sons, Rob (Linda) Davis of Leawood, Kansas; Marc (Theresa) Davis of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas; his sister Shelia (Bruce) Henness of Lahaina, Hawaii; ex-wife and friend Jo Ann Davis; four grandchildren, Andrew, Andy, Meghan and Ally; and five great grandchildren.
