Daniel Duane Donner was born on December 13, 1959 in San Luis Obispo, California to Jack Donner and Bernice (Cason) Donner. He passed away February 7, 2018 in El Dorado Springs, Missouri.
He was a veteran of the Army. He served for 4 years working in the motor pool of an artillery unit. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved to watch his dogs Jethro and Little one run and explore their surroundings. Jethro went everywhere Dan did. He loved to fix things such as cars and trucks. He was a welder and ran his own business for several years. He taught his sons to fix cars and to weld. He was always willing to lend a hand to a friend in need.
Dan was preceded in death by his wife Cheryl Ann Dunfield Donner and his mother Bernice Carson Donner
He was survived by his sons Waylon Donner, Jonathan Smith, Phillip Smith; his daughter Kathy Blake; his father Jack Donner; his brothers Larry Donner and James Donner. 11 grandchildren and a whole host of family and friends.
