Mark Steven Edwards was born February 21, 1959 in Kansas City, Missouri to Sue Bonnel Edwards and Russell Roy Edwards. He passed away November 15, 2018 at his home in Appleton City, Missouri.
He was raised in both Missouri and New Mexico. Mark was an avid Harley Davidson enthusiast who fulfilled his dream by finally purchasing one for himself. Mark lived with his grandparents in Grandview, Missouri, where he attended high school. He often soke fondlyu of his grandfather, Dan Bonnel, who was a great influence in his life. Mark most beloved companion was his boxer, Dexter. Mark rarely went anywhere without Dexter at his side, including accompanying him as he drove around Appleton City in his golf cart. Mark often spoke highly of his close friend Jeff Seibert.
Mark was preceded in death by his mother Sue (Bonnel-Edwards) Gibson and his breother Russell Roy Edwards III.
He leaves behinmd his daughter Christina (Carlos) Nava of Olathe, Kansas; three granddaughters and one grandson. He is also survived by one sister, Dena Mitchell and husband Jack of Towanda, Kansas; aunt Joyce (Martin) Bonnel-Reese; two nephews, one niece; one great-nephew and many cousins.
