Shelia Faye Hobbs was born April 28, 1961, in Kansas City, Kansas to Rex Hobbs and Cleta Butler. She passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at the age of 63 with the exciting hope of uniting in marriage with her fiancé Harold Cotter on March 24th.
Sheila worked as a caregiver early in life. She had a big heart and loved her family dearly. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Sheila was preceded in death by her mother Cleta Mary (Butler) Reynolds, stepfather David Lee Reynolds, Father Rex Dean Hobbs, and two sisters: Vena Raye Wright, and Yvonne Raylene Mason.
She is survived by her sister Sandra Kay Richards, 3 brothers: Rex Allen Hobbs, Joseph Lee Reynolds, David Earl Reynolds, a half-brother Larry Hobbs, her loving fiancé Harold Cotter, a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.
