Jarrett, Freda Mae May 19, 1932 - July 5, 2014

Freda Mae Jarrett was born on May 19, 1932 to Carson and Mary Elizabeth Baughman. Freda was born near the town of Hasty, Arkansas. She departed this world on July 5, 2014 at Community Springs Nursing Home in El Dorado Springs, Mo. Freda grew up along the banks of the Buffalo River near Hasty, Arkansas with her sister Betty Jo and her two brothers, Clayton and Kenneth. Freda attended grade school in Hasty and graduated high school in Jasper, Arkansas. She attended Draughn Business School in Little Rock, Arkansas. In Freda’s later life she moved to Gerster, Mo. There she raised her two daughters Sandy and Elizabeth. Freda worked in the cafeteria at Osceola Public Schools for many years. She enjoyed gardening, taking care of her flowers and quilting. Freda is survived by her sister, Betty Jo Brisco of Harrison, Arkansas and her brother Clayton Baughman of Rose, Oklahoma. She is also survived by her daughter, Sandy Hager and granddaughter Lauren Davis , her husband, Isaiah and great-grandson Jaxson. She also survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Dawson and husband Jeff and grandsons Cody and Aron. Freda will be sadly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
