Audie V. (Buck) Krider, II was born December 7, 1941 to Audy V. Krider and Katy V. (King) Krider in Ava, Missouri. He transcended to Heaven on December 18, 2018 at Research Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.
He went to elementary school at Koll-School, an all grade classroom near Ava, Missouri grades 1st through 4th. His family moved to Piedmont, Missouri in 1952. Audie went to school at Piedmont Elementary School and graduated from high school there in 1959.
Audie joined the United States Navy after graduating from high school. He received an Honorary Medical Discharge in 1960.
As much as Audie didn’t want to leave his close group of friends, he later moved to Lees Summit, Missouri to be closer to his family. He worked in construction for many years. His work took him to Ottowa, Kansas, where he met his true love, Sharon Wilson. They were later married and this union was blessed with one son, Audie V. Krider, III. A few years after Sharon passed away, Audie and his son moved to Osceola, Missouri. Audie lived very close to his brother, Paul Krider and they enjoyed fishing and hunting together many, many times. Audie loved his family. His pride and joy was his precious son, Audie III.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon (Wilson) Krider, brothers, Ben and Elmer Krider; sister Frankie Brodhacker and brother-in-law Don Brodhacker.
Audie is survived by his son, Audie V. Krider, III. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Faye Krider; sister, Burlene Parker (Bob), Donna Ward (Mac), Sue Greenway (Jeff) and Penny Swank; brother, Paul Krider (Linda). He leaves a host of nieces, nephews and many friends.
