Denzel Edward Manuel was born May 25, 1946 to Denzel Guy “Shorty” and Wanita (O’Banion)Manuel in Osceola, Missouri. He passed away at his home in Osceola, Missouri September 7, 2016.
He went to school in Osceola and then moved to Texas where he lived and worked for many years. He moved back to Osceola, Missouri and enjoyed everyone that stopped by to visit with him. Denzel always had an open heart and an open home. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
Denzel was preceded in death by his parents, Denzel Guy “Shorty” Manuel and Wanita (O’Banion) Manuel; brothers, Ralph and Glen Manuel and sisters, Nancy Manuel and Gladys Hobart.
He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Billy Manuel, Mildred Summers, Phyllis Snethen and Janie Sparks; nephew, Jimmy D. Manuel and ex-wife Cynthia Manuel along with other relatives and friends.
