Brian was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. He attended the University of Nebraska and graduated with a masters degree in Chemical Engineering. The majority of his career as a chemical engineer was working for BP/Amoco from which he retired in the year 2000 at the young age of 50. Brian married the love of his life, Jo, on June 8, 1974.
After retirement, Brian pursued his many and varied interests. These included repairs on clocks and watches, woodworking, and musical instrument repair to name a few. Brian enjoyed traveling and experiencing new places. Along with Jo, he visited Japan three times and enjoyed trips to Hilton Head, New Orleans, Mexico, Alaska, and Hawaii. He leaves behind his wife, Jo, daughter, Sarah Martin, son-in-law, Christopher Martin, and granddaughter, Sydney Martin of Ewa Beach, Hawaii. Family.
Brian is also survived by his four siblings. Glenn (Barbara) Mohr of Osceola, MO, Diane (Ron Lyman) Mohr of Iron Mountain, MI, Ken (Carolyn) Mohr of Lincoln, NE, and Gary (Metalynn) Mohr of Owatonna, MN, and a brother-in-law Charles Moore of Lincoln, NE. Sister-in-law Muriel (James) Standridge of Mesa, AZ, and brothers-in-law John (Deborah) Wrigley of Neosho, MO and Arthur (Emily) Wrigley of Murdock, NE, and twenty nieces and nephews.
Brian is preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Luetta Mohr, sister Karen Moore, sister-in-law Susan Gottula, and nephew, Jack Wrigley.
