Shirley Gail Murphy, of El Dorado Springs, Missouri, age 84, passed away early Thursday evening on September 5, 2019. She was born on April 22, 1935 in Stockton, Missouri to Alfred York and Gladys (Pruitt) York.
She lived in Colorado for many years and operated restaurants there.
Shirley was preceded in death by her mother, Gladys York; husband, Jess Murphy; daughter, Judy Smith; sons, Billy Joe Daniels, Sr.; grandson, Billy Joe Daniels, Jr.; brother, Rusty York and sister, Wanda Phillips
She is survived by her daughter, Georgia Blair and husband Phillip; granddaughters, Keisha Reynolds, Melanie Reynolds, Shawna Case, Sheena Esparza, Gail Lewis and her husband Rick; grandsons, Joe Smith and wife Terry, Pete Smith and wife Tina, Keith Daniels and Brandon Daniels; many, many great grandchildren, too numerous to name along with nieces, nephews and many friends.
