Myers, Theodore “Ted” Eugene September 5, 1925 - January 18, 2013

Theodore Eugene “Ted” Myers was born September 5, 1925 in Harris Bend, Missouri to Jacob and Lula Mae (Dunn) Myers. He passed away January 18, 2013 at his home. On August 15, 1947 Ted was united in marriage to Opal Tuter. He honorably served his country in the US Army 106th Division during WWII. Ted was an ironworker. He worked 30 years for Armco Steel retiring in 1984. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Leroy, and Raymond,one sister, Leora Phillips and his son, Ernest Eugene Myers. Ted is survived by his loving wife, Opal Myers of the home, three children, Helen Marie, Terry Ann and Jon Myers,one brother, Jake Myers, Jr., five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
