Royce Hayes Osburn was born on November 12, 2006 to William Osburn and Melissa Ribby in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. He passed away on September 17, 2023 in Clinton, Missouri.
Royce began school at Lakeland before transferring to Clinton. He enjoyed playing in the dirt with his Hot Wheels cars as well as helping others. He was a very loving and caring person who would do anything he could to help people. His future goal was to become a law enforcement officer.
Royce was preceded in death by his brother Matthew Osburn, grandparents Cheryl Ribby, Marjorie Osburn and Gerald Osburn, and aunt Wendy Ribby.
He is survived by his parents, brother Aaron Osburn, aunt Michelle Ribby, uncle Travis Ribby as well as numerous cousins and friends.
