Price, Tracy Alan June 16, 1961 - March 12, 2014

Tracy Alan Price, age 52, of El Dorado Springs passed away March 12th, 2014 at St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, Kansas. He was born June 16th, 1961 in Baxter Springs, Kansas to Ernest and Donna Price.

Tracy attended school in El Dorado Springs from 1975 to 1978 and then moved to Quapaw, Oklahoma where he graduated high school in 1979. After graduation he attended Southwestern College on a football scholarship.

In 1982 he married Jill Reich and to this union one child was born. Kasee Renee Price brought him joy, and made his life complete.

Tracy could do about anything that he set his mind to. He worked as an insurance salesman, did long-haul trucking, and sold cars. He even started his own car auction employing several family members and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father Ernie Price, former football coach, baseball coach and teacher at El Dorado Springs.

Tracy is survived by his wife Jill, his daughter Kasee and her husband Kade Gerster, and their unborn child Reed Byron Gerster. He is also survived by his mother Donna Price, brother Jeff Price and wife Michele, sister Debbie Hobbs and husband Ron, sister-in-law Jaxcene Beisner and husband Jerry, brother-in-law Steve Smith, nieces and nephews Cody, Kaitlin, Shelby, Sarah, Jacob, Jamie, Matt, Denni, Salena, and Michael.

He loved his family, his granddog Tinkerbell, and riding horses. He also loved playing golf and pool for which he received countless awards and plaques that are displayed on his large trophy shelf.

He will be greatly missed by all.
