Pamela Wallace was boron on Kansas City, Missouri on October 5, 1954 to Mildred and Buster Moore. Pam was raised in Roscoe, Missouri on their family farm. Her chore on the farm was to take care of the pigs and the piglets. Pam went to Roscoe School up to the eighth grade. She then went to Osceola High School and graduated in 1972.
Pam met her husband Jack Wallace, who was her high school sweetheart, while attending Osceola High School. The couple married December 28, 1973, after Jack returned from the United States Marine Corps boot camp. They moved to Cherry Point Marine Corps Air Station in North Carolina, and later moved to Yuma, Arizona. Their son Justin was born while in Yuma. Afterwards the family moved to Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, where they lived for four years.
Pam and Jack moved back to Roscoe and Pam went to work as Mid Missouri Bank as a teller in El Dorado Springs. She worked there for 13 years, then went to the Academy for Deputy Sheriff, where Mike Parson, our present Governor, was the speaker at her graduation. After completing the academy she went to work for the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department where she worked for 13 years. She had a deep love for flowers especially pink roses. She also enjoyed car races, fall festivals and dances.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Jack of the home, one son Justin Wallace and wife Michelle of Osceola, Missouri, four grandchildren Lucas and Brooke Wallace of Elgin, Arizona, Chelsea Ragen of Butler, Missouri, and Deryk Meyer of Springfield, Missouri.
