Myra Jean Knight Burrow was born on July 31, 1960 to Myron (Sparky) and Peggy (Gutridge) Knight in Clinton, MO. She passed on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at her home in Osceola, MO at the age of 61 with her loving husband by her side.

Myra was baptized on August 26, 2007 at Kidd’s Chapel Church. Myra’s early education started in Rockville, MO and then in the later years to Lowry City and graduated from Lakeland High School in 1978. After graduation she spent time in various locations around many Army Bases with her then husband Jerome Ammann.

Their daughter Carrie was born at Fort Hood, TX Army Base and daughter Chelsie was born at the Army Base in Vicenza, Italy. Myra worked in several food establishments around the Lowry City area before starting a long career with West Central in Appleton City, MO. During her time there she developed many long term friendships. While working at West Central Myra also started raising Lap Dogs for sales that covered many points across the United States.

Myra very much enjoyed Fishing and Mushroom Hunting with her dad Sparky and other friends. Never ever really knew who had caught the biggest fish or found the biggest mushroom as they all would say “I Did”.

Myra was very active in whichever Church her husband Steve was attending and Pastoring at the time. There was very little idle time in her schedule. There was always something or event going on or someone needed help and she would always be the first one there to assist in any way she could.

Myra was a loving wife, loving mom, beloved daughter and sister and the most awesome Nana ever!

She is survived by her husband Steve of the home, children Carrie Ammann Witherspoon (Brian), Chelsie Ammann Stoops (Joseph), Jon Burrow, brother Jerry Knight (Tammy). Grandchildren Madison Casey (Steven), Courtney, Parker, Micah and Charlie Jo as well as many other family members and friends that will miss her dearly.

I also rejoice with you in because of her faith and trust in Jesus as Lord and Savior, we know she has finished her course and is enjoying the very presence of Christ Jesus. May God bless with strength to finish our own course and join the happy chorus around the Throne of God. Love and prayer,… Bob
