Robert Henry Coleman, 81, passed away peacefully after a short illness Saturday, August 2, 2014 at home surrounded by his loving family.
Bob was born in Warrensburg, Missouri March 9, 1933, the son of Ersel Henry Coleman and Jessie Fae Winfrey.
Bob had many careers including plant manager of the Unitog plant in Clinton, Missouri and a Police Officer in Warrensburg, Missouri. Bob served his country in the military as a Tech Sargent in the Army from 1950-1953. Bob was a true gentleman .
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Evelyn White, Vera Narron, Etta McHargue, and Betty Yates and 1 brother William Coleman.
Bob leaves behind his wife, Margaret; daughters Chris Rossmann, Seagayl Henderson, Pam Gardner; son Terry Coleman. Bob had 13 grandchildren. Grandsons, Aron Coleman, Jason Steward, Collin Schaefer, Kyle Coleman, Shawn Gardner, Dane Schaefer and Darrek Gardner; granddaughters, Drue Adams, Codi Sanchez, Mariya Gardner, Andrea Henderson, Breanna Henderson and Elizabeth Henderson; 12 great-grandchildren; brother Don Coleman and wife Gloria along with many other family and friends across the country.
Bob and Margaret enjoyed many happy times traveling in their various campers and wintering in South Texas.
