Sarah A. Dice, 62, of Clinton, Mo., passed away Saturday January 26, 2019 at her home in Clinton, Missouri. She was born March 7, 1956, in Maryville, Missouri, the daughter of Roy Eldon and Jessie Irene (Smith) Frasier.
She had a new found passion for quilting and enjoyed scrapbooking. Sarah’s big brown eyes and warm beautiful smile will always be remembered. She looked forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas every year as well as the tradition of the family dinners. Sarah cherished her family and adored her children and grandchildren.
Sarah was preceded in death by her father, Roy Eldon Frasier, on Jan. 20, 1998; her stepmother, Norma Jean Frasier, on Dec. 25, 2009; her brother, Allen Dean Frasier on Oct. 21, 2010; and a sister Betty Jean Frasier on Aug. 17, 1958.
Survivors include her husband, Roland Dice ofClinton, Missouri.; a stepdaughter, Christina Young and family, Leavenworth, Kansas; a son, Clinton Haling and family, Independence, Missouri; a daughter, Kimberly Haling, Jarrell, Texas; and two step-sons, Darrin, Aizona and Jeffrey, Missouri; two sisters, Janice Smith, Leavenworth, Kansas and Celia Webb, Kansas City, Missouri; a brother, Paul Staley Jr., Kansas City, Kansas; a stepsister, Cathy Creel, Excelsior Springs, Missouri; four stepbrothers, Adam Adams and Ray Adams, Jr., both of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, Phillip Adams, Orrick, Missouri and Les Adams, Cowgill, Missouri and grandchildren Hanah, Veronica, Dalton, Blake, Cassius, and Charley.
