Viola Pearl Dilley, 91, of Knob Knoster, Missouri was born March 19, 1920 to Roy Lee Noble and Mary Will Newsome in Ranger, Texas. She passed away on October 4, 2011 at the Ridgecrest Nursing Home in Warrensburg, Missouri.
Her early life was spent “on the road” as her dad worked in the oil fields and other construction jobs.
In 1936 Viola was united in marriage to Elsey Mitchell. She later married Eugene Mitchell, who later was missing in action in World War II. Viola married Reed Anderson in Spokane, Washington and they had a happy ten year marriage until his death in 1958. She married R.C. Dilley in 1960 and they were married 40 years until his death in 2000
Viola worked over the years as a telephone operator, a waitress and a homemaker.
Besides her husbands, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Audrey and Dorothy.
Viola is survived by one brother, Jimmie Noble of Knob Noster, Missouri; 2 nieces, Melissa Bell Iams and Cheryl Ann Smith; 1 nephew, Jason Noble, other relative and friends.
