Gary was born on February 12, 1940 in Nora Springs, Iowa to Glen and Helen (Turner) Hadsall. He passed away at his home on January 23, 2011
After a four year tour in the Marine Corp., Gary settled in California until he retired from the state of California as a test driller. He moved back home to Osceola which was his life long dream.
Gary was married to Laura Van Otterloo and to that union 2 children were born. His daughter, Kimberly (Hadsall) Hickman, husband David, children Sarah and Emily of Crecent City, California, his son, Loren Hadsall, wife Gina, children Tanya and Terra, and great grandson, Imari.
He is also survived by three brothers, Larry of Taberville, Omer of Osceola, and Gordon of Kansas City; six sisters, Gloria Wears of Lowry City, Gladys Settles of Stockton, Charlotte of Mayview, Colleen Vaughn, Donna Brock, and Frances Keyes, all of Osceola; many nephews, nieces, cousins, several brother and sister-in-laws, friends and his special neighbors, Glen and Melody Joplin of Osceola.
Gary enjoyed attending auctions, going antiquing, reading history, tending his garden, and was an avid card player.
Gary was saved and Baptized in the Brush Creek Arm of Truman Lake in 2003. Gary attended the believers Church for many years and was attending the Friends of Jesus Christian Fellowship in Osceola before his passing.
