Gail Ingle was born to Roy and Zeda (Rains) Sunderwirth on October 29, 1941, and passed away
on Easter Sunday Morning, April 17, 2022, at the age of 80.

Gail grew up in Osceola, Missouri. After graduation from Osceola High School, she worked in
Kansas City, where she met and married Joe Ingle. Together, they had two children, Kent and
Krystal. Gail was a loving wife, mother, accomplished pianist, wonderful cook, and friend to so
many.

After the death of her husband, Joe Ingle, she returned to Osceola, Missouri, where she worked
as the St. Clair County deputy treasurer from 1991 to 1994 and then was elected St. Clair
County Treasurer in 1995. She served in that role from 1995 until her retirement in 2010.

Gail was a faithful member and pianist of the Osceola Assembly of God Church. She loved
spending time with her family, singing with her brothers, Richard and James David, and
participating in her church and community musical events.

She is survived by her son Dr. Kent Ingle; daughter-in-law Dr. Karen Ingle; grandchildren Davis,
Paxton, and Kaila, of Lakeland, Florida; brother James David and his wife, Dr. Dianne
Sunderwirth of Port St. Lucie, Florida; sister-in-law Neta Ruth Sunderwirth of Osceola, Missouri;
as well as a host of beloved nieces and nephews and their children. She was preceded in death
by parents Roy and Zeda (Rains) Sunderwirth; husband Joe Ingle; daughter Krystal (Ingle) Davis;
son-in-law Darrell Davis; and brother Richard Sunderwirth.

Gail’s love and devotion to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, gave her purpose and strength
throughout her entire life.
