Raymond E. Jones better known as “Butch” of Osceola, MO passed away Saturday night October 23, 2021, at the age of 75, at Golden Valley Hospital in Clinton, Missouri, from heart complications. He had a long battle with health complications.
Butch was born April 6, 1946, near Osceola to George and Maudie Jones. He was born, raised, and live in Osceola all his life. He had worked at Sac Osage Hospital for 20 plus years, which he retired from several years ago.
Butch loved to paint pictures on canvases and gave many of his paintings to family members who have them hanging in their homes. He loved to garden, he made huge and beautiful gardens. He also loved to spoonbill fish. He was a fun, loving guy, and lived that way all his life.
Butch proclaimed Christ in his life as his Lord and Savior. He had to go to live at Truman Lake Manor in Lowry City, Missouri in 2018, because he was no longer able to live at home.
Butch was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Charles Jones.
He is survived by one daughter Tina Jones Keller, 2 grandchildren: Brandon Keller, and Kelea Kinsman (Kaleb). 5 great grandchildren: Elijal, Owen, Chase, Lilly and Ezrack, Brothers: George Dale Jones (Carolyn), and Louie Jones (Carla). Sisters: Kathy Miller (Kenny), Linda Drake (David), Wanda Frain (Bill) and Dorothy Powell (Richard), as well as many nieces and nephews.
There were 3 special boys in Butch’s life that he loved: Parker, Cooper, and Archer.
