Dawayne Charles Kramer was born October 16, 1954 in Beatrice, Nebraska to George and Evelyn Wallman Kramer. He passed away at his home in Osceola, Missouri on April 20, 2014. Mr Kramer was cremated under the direction of Sheldon-Goodrich Funeral Home.
