Billy Joe Mitchell was born January 24, 1959 to Willis Lee and Leola Smith Mitchell in Collins, Missouri. He passed away at Northwood Hills Care Center in Humansville, Missouri. Mr. Mitchell was cremated under the direction of Sheldon-Goodrich Funeral Home.
