McGriff, James E. July 25, 1932 - August 9, 2015

James Emerson McGriff was born July 25, 1932 in Joplin, Missouri to Frank and Sarah Aletha McGriff. He passed away August 9, 2015 at Truman Lake Manor, Lowry City, Missouri. James honorably served his country in the army during the Korean Conflict from July 10, 1954 to June 9, 1955. He was a die maker working for ARMCO Steel for 35 years, retiring in 1998. On July 3, 1984 James was united in marriage to Noema Wanda Evatt in Miami, OK. Noema preceded him in death on February 3, 2014. James was also preceded in death by his daughter, Debra Ann Kinney, a son in-law William Bryan Kinney, four sisters, and two brothers. He is survived by his brother Don McGriff, five grandchildren, Marcy Weber, Brad Beach, Cory Kinney (Connie), Michael Kinney, and Jessie Kinney; six great grandchildren, Chance and Cruz Weber, Haleigh and Logan Kinney, Blayne and Connor Kinney, other relatives and many friends.
