George Parsons was born to Earl and Betty Parsons in Independence, MO on April 18, 1944. He went home to be with the Lord on July 31, 2023 at his home.
George served in the Army and National Guard.
He was preceded in death by his father Earl and mother Betty, uncle Thomas Stephenson, aunt Bonnie, step daughter Michelle Kauffman, grandsons: Mann Lora, Matthew Turner Jr., and Kelly Kauffman, grandfather Robert Kauffman, grandmother Margie Tucker, and grandmother Ester.
He is survived by his wife Lynn, brother Gary Parsons, daughters: Heather, Valerie and Becky, grandsons: Isaiah, James, Michael, Joshua, Arron, Daniel, and great grandson Dravin, granddaughters: Shea, Felicia, and Amanda, brother-in-law Leo and wife Nittie Kauffman, as well as many friends.
He was loved by many of our church members.
