Samuel Wayne Williams was born on December 23, 1937 to Delbert Lawrence Williams and Thelma L. (Hooper) Williams in Camdenton, Missouri. He passed away at the Sac-Osage Hospital in Osceola, Missouri on February 17, 2014.
He started working in the construction business with his father and brothers and later moved to Kansas City to work at Corn Products in May of 1957. In June of 1957 he married Barbara Finter and to this union 3 children were born, Carrie, Patty and Jr. Samuel continued to work at Corn Products until his retirement and later returned to Lowry City, Missouri.
Samuel is preceded in death by a daughter, Carrie Jean Williams and brothers and sisters, Pete Williams, James Williams, Eudella Williams, Jess Williams Madeline Edwards, Gaines Chambliss, Elenor Chambliss and Leslie Chambliss.
He is survived by 1 daughter, Patty Williams; 1 son, JR Williams; 4 grandchildren, Corey Morris, Kerri Morris, Raymond Williams and Jonathan Williams; 1 great-grandson, Coleman Morris; 4 brothers, Jack, Gilbert, Hershel and Frank Williams along with other relatives and many friends.
