Duffy, Karin Ruth February 16, 1954 - March 24, 2013

Karin Ruth Duffy was born February 16, 1954 to Daniel Frame and Helen Lindsay Frame in Kansas City, Missouri. She passed away on March 24, 2013 at the Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park, Kansas. She was an outgoing member of the community, always involved with helping others in the senior center, veterans homes, abused children and anyone that needed help. Karin was a great role-model and teacher. She loved unconditionally and was always willing to help anyone. Karin was a professional in many ways, having 9 years of college, she was educated in many ways. Karin was a scholar of the world and always loved to teach children and elders alike. She was very active and involved with family and friends, never keeping still and always excited to go new places. Karin loved doing things as a family. She had many different hobbies and made sure not to sit still for too long. Her passions were helping others, loving animals, riding her YUMMY Frankenstein trike and loving her family unconditionally. She was a member of Freedom of the Road Riders, Women on Wheels, as well as H.O.G.S. She followed the traditions of the Native American way and was involved with the Native Councils when ever her opinion was wanted or not. As a very well respected Elder, she was wise and thought of highly. Every heart that she touched was gifted with a little more love and happiness just from knowing her. She always put family first and rarely asked for much in return, except to be loved in back. She was preceded in death by her father, Daniel T. Frame, Sr.; mother, Helen R. Frame and 1 brother, Daniel T. Frame, Jr. She missed them terribly, but now walks with them in eternal happiness. Karin is survived by her loving husband, Charles (Chuck) H. Duffy; two sons, Charles (Chad) H. Duffy II and Gregory (Greg) D. Duffy; 5 grandchildren, Charles D. (Danny) Duffy, Cheyenne (Chey) N. Duffy, Austin Nance, Alexis Duffy and Morgan Duffy.
