Shirley Ann Todd was born April 5th 1946 in Independence MO to William Clyde Louvier and Irene Carrie Morris. She joined Christ in heaven on October 19th 2010 from her home in Clinton, MO.
Shirley spent forty three years of her life being a loving wife and mother. She never won any awards or received a purple heart. She never made a lot of money and she never retired, but to her husband and her six children she was the greatest woman on earth. She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Irene Louvier; 1 son Clyde Mathew Todd; 2 brothers Bobby Louvier and William Clyde Louvier Jr
