Duane Zeiler was born August 17, 1954 to Marvin and Mary (Davis) Zeiler in Clinton, Missouri. He passed away November 18, 2017.
He was married in 1973 to Penny Cutler. To this union on son was born, Jason Zeiler. This was one of the proudest moments in his life. Duane spent his entire life living in the area he grew up in southwest of Lowry City, Missouri. He worked for Rival Manufacturing a few years and then in 1978 went to work for KCP&L where he was still working at his passing. Duane just became a grandfather to Parker Zeiler June 28, 2017. He accepted Jesus into his heart in August of 2017.
Duane loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing, especially with close friends Carolyn and Louie Bruce. He loved fixing things such as computers and electronics and visiting with friends Howard and Millie Veach, Loui and Carolyn Bruce and neighbors
He also loved playing practical jokes on his friends and family doing anything to get a laugh out of them. Duane was a good man willing to help anyone in need. He was loved by many and will be missed so much.
Duane was preceded in death by an infant brother; grandparents and 2 uncles.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years Penny Zeiler; his son Jason, his wife Georgia and granddaughter Parker; father and mother, Marvin and Mary Zeiler; aunt Barb Littleton, Clint Veach who was like a son, Janice Leiber who was like a sister, his father and mother-in-law Butch and Barbara Cutler, brother-in-laws Jamie Cutler, Matt Borland and his wife Tonya, many nieces and nephews along with a host of friends and family that he loved very much.
